Ha.  I'm sure he is.

I don't think it counts as slander if it's true. 

Of course, Booker is right  (and that quote is framed to make it seem like he said something he didn't).  Kavanaugh has proven himself to be a liar many times over.  And a vindictive, partisan hack with a volatile temper.  He's not fit to sit on the Supreme Court, unless we're actually changing that court to be a partisan body (which it certainly seems we are, actually).

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
