When I first started reading about this and the White House explanation that he just had a dry mouth, I thought they might be right because he wouldn't want to drink from a bottle of water and take more ribbing about how it took both tiny hands to hold it like last time. But this clip makes it obvious. His teeth are coming out. I wonder who took the abuse for that.
It could also be that his mouth is dry lately. He may be on a new medication. They sometimes do that to you. Especially those for depression and anxiety. Or maybe it's meth mouth.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
