He had a talk with Lockheed's CEO during which she told him that they expected to lower the price of the next run of planes due to "the company’s long-term effort to bring down the cost of the F-35 by lowering costs in the supply chain and manufacturing." He immediately went forth and claimed credit.
As for Air Force One, we'll have to wait and see.
