If Snowden has to take a plane that goes through Ireland, which it was indicated that he would have to do to get from Moscow to Cuba, now's the time to take that flight. The US submitted a request to Ireland to have Snowden arrested a couple of weeks ago when it thought he would be trying to get to Cuba. And now, the Irish court has said it can't approve the arrest request because it doesn't meet all the requirements. It needs to state where the alleged offence took place.
Looks like we're getting the bird again.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
