HE has no idea what he's talking about.
Perhaps he thought by disbanding the Iranian nuclear pact negotiated by Obama and then trying to negotiate it again he could get that Nobel Prize he so wants.
I think now, though, it's less important to him since he's making a personal fortune with crypto schemes.
