Trump rape case: GUILTY of sexual abuse and defamation

The verdict is in.

The first question on the jury form was did Trump rape her.  Then did he sexually abuse her. So, perhaps they weren't ready to say "rape".  I'd be interested in hearing how they made the distinction.  Did they think it was improbable he could have penetrated her with his little mushroom dick?

(The completed form is here.)

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

UPDATE 02:53 pm:

Meaning, he's a sexual predator scumbag and a liar.

On the defamation award:
On defamation claims stemming from a statement Trump made on social media last October, Kaplan said jurors needed to be guided by a higher legal standard — clear and convincing evidence.

He said they would have to agree it was “highly probable” that Trump’s statement was false and was made maliciously with deliberate intent to injure or out of hatred or ill will with reckless disregard for Carroll’s rights.

Well, that's dead in the water.  More bluster.

I'm with Elie on that.  I think there were some men who didn't want to call it rape.*

UPDATE 05:25 pm:

And CNN is suddenly guaranteed a record number of viewers.

UPDATE 05:50 pm:

* Elie and I are wrong.

However...

And, as the whole world knows, his fingers are small.  (We need to change the standard.)

UPDATE 05/10/2023:
Trump on Wednesday lashed out at the New York judge and jury that found him liable for sexual battery and defamation against writer E. Jean Carroll in the civil trial that wrapped up Tuesday.

“The partisan Judge & Jury on the just concluded Witch Hunt Trial should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for allowing such a travesty of Justice to take place,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

[...]

Trump argued in a separate post on the platform that U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan, an appointee of former President Clinton, “hated President Donald J. Trump more than is humanly possible” and that “this case should never have been allowed to be tried in this completely partisan venue.”

[...]

In a video message posted Tuesday night, Trump repeated claims that he doesn’t “even know who this woman is,” referring to Carroll, and said he’ll be appealing the decision.

He still doesn't know who she is?

He seems to be having a rough day.

UPDATE 05/10/2023 09:52 am:
