Seriously, how about a "card shower" to inundate Republican Senators' offices with mail demanding the same thing? They ignore emails. They'll ignore mail, too, but it will inconvenience them to do it. Perhaps in tandem with a DC march. Concurrent protests at each of their home state offices. Seems like there could be ssomething nationwide and multi-faceted that would have even more impact.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
