Also in that interview Giuliani first says the SDNY doesn't have corroborating evidence of Cohen's claims, because he knows how that office does things - he used to run it. A not two minutes later he says, "I don't know how the Southern District is run."
And then he runs on with a number of other lies and bullshit and incorrect interpretations of set law.
He's neck and neck with Trump for being impossible to listen to.
