There goes Florida

Public schools in Florida must display the national motto, “In God We Trust,” starting this week.

According to The Orlando Sentinel, public schools must display the motto in “a conspicuous place” under legislation sponsored by state Rep. Kimberly Daniels (D), who also leads a Christian ministry.

White the national motto has been a part of the state’s seal since 1868, “In God We Trust” has only been the state’s motto since 2006. The state’s previous motto was “In God is our Trust,” The New York Post noted.

Jesus. They had to change that because the yokels didn't understand it, or what?

Actually, I'm kind of surprised Florida didn't already make schools exhibit the motto. I wonder how many Southern states force it.
The move arrives as state legislatures across the country — including those in Tennessee, Arkansas and South Carolina — have also discussed and passed similar measures that would require public schools to display the motto.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
