Is he actually schizophrenic?fter a contentious meeting with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson this week, President Donald Trump instructed a group of trusted White House staffers to make the potential case for withholding certification of Iran at the next 90-day review of the nuclear deal. The goal was to give Trump what he felt the State Department had failed to do: the option to declare that Tehran was not in compliance with the contentious agreement.

And during his campaign, he said he was going to rip up the deal.The Trump administration has once again kept the Iran deal alive while taking a hard line on the country with a new round of sanctions.
The decision -- the third time the administration has faced a deadline and abided by the accord -- seems to be a new strategy from the White House, apparently resigning itself to sticking with the agreement, but looking for ways to modify it within the current framework or otherwise crack down on Iran.
