"Vote-a-Rama"

The two "no" GOP votes were Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Susan Collins of Maine. And kudos to those two brave women. And now we know why it was so important for John McCain to get back in and vote even if it killed him.

So, our first question is, then why did she vote yes?

And this responding tweet may be the most to the point:

The Senate voted on Tuesday to begin debate on repealing the Affordable Care Act. Republican leaders have not yet said which version of their legislation they will be debating.

So how did these supreme assholes vote to begin debate on something they don't even know what it is?

After debate, they will begin a “vote-a-rama” — a period of successive votes on the offered amendments. Mitch McConnell, the majority leader, could introduce a substitute amendment that would replace all of the others.

Jesus God help the United States.
