Shocked!

Bolivia is calling for investigations into cables leaked by WikiLeaks that reveal the U.S. had plans in 2008 to either topple the government of Evo Morales, or allow his assassination.

“This requires an in-depth investigation.” said Bolivia’s minister of the presidency, Juan Ramon Quintana, “We need to do an investigation to subsequently take decisions with regard to the United States government.”.

No. No, you don't. Just take decisions based on what you already know, and you'll be fine. To wit: The US had plans to assassinate Castro. The US had plans to assassinate Hugo Chavez. The US had plans to assassinate Salvadore Allende. The US had plans to assassinate Sukarno. The US had plans to assassinate Patrice Lamumba. The US had plans to assassinate Jacobo Arbenz. The US had plans to assassinate Mohammed Mosaddegh.

You get the picture.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

GUILDENSTERN: What a fine persecution---to be kept intrigued without ever quite being enlightened.

GUILDENSTERN: But we don't know what's going on, or what to do with ourselves. We don't know how to act.

PLAYER: Act natural. You know why you're here at least.

GUILDENSTERN: We only know what we're told, and that's little enough. And for all we know it isn't even true.

PLAYER: For all anyone knows, nothing is. Everything has to be taken on trust; truth is only that which is taken to be true. It's the currency of living. There may be nothing behind it, but it doesn't make any difference so long as it is honoured. One acts on assumptions.
