She keeps saying she defers people to someone else. She's the fucking attorney general of the United States. Does she not know what the word means? She can defer to someone herself, but she can't defer another person to someone else. She can refer them, but not defer them.
Beyond that, she's indicating the DOJ is "looking at" other judges. Sounds like they're searching out people to target. What are they looking for? Or maybe that's just another scare tactic to force judges to tailor their decisions to suit the Orange King.
