These things do not matter to Trump. He simply does not care. He is only there to enrich himself. He knows he's not going to be re-elected. He will either refuse to leave, staging a coup to become dictator, or he will have amassed the wealth he wants, take his ill-gotten riches and move to the Trump hotel on the Gaza Riviera.On Monday, while President Trump talked about his tariffs, Fox News showed him speaking even as a graphic in the corner displayed the markets sliding. That said it all: No matter how much boasting he does about the economy, the actual metrics are getting worse—and the public knows it. Trump is launching new tariffs on Canada and Mexico, and he just announced more tariffs on agricultural products, which could hurt farmers—even as new polls from Marist and CNN show his approval under water, including on his priorities and on the economy.

Funny. What I've been reading from Mexico and Canada is: Trump can pound sand; here are some retaliatory tariffs that will hit MAGA hard.
