Problem is, as was evident in jury selection, there are plenty of people willing to give Trump a pass in Manhattan. The prosecution used up all of its peremptory challenges, same as the defense. This appeal, like the others before it, won't be granted.
The jury pool was quickly whittled down from a second panel of 96 Thursday morning, after nearly 50 prospective jurors said they did not feel they could be fair and impartial.
