Prosecutors do not have an urgent deadline as the grand jury sits until June.
Reminder: if Trump doesn't appeal yesterday's decision, Corcoran will testify before the grand jury on the Mar-A-Lago documents case.

UPDATE 10:45 am: There is reporting that the Grand Jury is meeting on a different case.
There's also reporting that there may be a problem with Daniels attempting to retain Trump attorney Tacopina once upon a time. Unless there are things unreported about that, I don't see it as being a problem since he didn't represent her. We'll see. But this could be a reason for the delay.
