This map seems counter-intuitive to me. The slow rates of transmission are in the deep south, where I would have expected the vaccination rates to be lower, and the adherence to CDC guidelines minimal.
The percentage of people vaccinated, however, is all over the board:
Florida surprises me. Maybe because all the news has been about how Governor DeSantis is against mandates.
