So now, Weinstein may actually really be sick

So they're going to let HIM out of prison, right?

So far, according to the article, he's been put in isolation in the Wende Correctional Facility in New York. I'm guessing his life was probably in danger if he were to be put among the general population anyway.

They think he got it at Rikers, which would not be suprising.
