Is it or isn't it?

The rationale keeps changing.  First it was to stop a war.  Then it was to prevent an imminent attack.  Now it's simple revenge, which is the only thing left when the first two reasons didn't hold water.  Bcause they can't very well say, it's because Trump is panicking about his impeachment.  Or because the whole damn administration is as incompetent as it is evil.
