Deconstructing America

The vice chairman of the Federal Election Commission (FEC) submitted his resignation letter to President Trump on Monday, leaving the agency without the necessary number of commissioners to vote on proposed actions.

Remember Matthew Petersen? He was the jamoke who failed spectacularly at his initial screening for US District court (nominated by Trump), and withdrew his name for consideration.

Must need to spend more time with his family? Or is there something more to it?
