No matter how he changes the design, the Dems are not going to give him a wall. No matter what he calls it. Also, you don't let the guy providing the material also choose the design any more than you let the insurance companies write the health care legislation. I thought he was supposed to be such an astute businessman and deal maker.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
