The Helsinki fiasco

Raise your hand if you thought it would be any different than it was.

I didn't think so.

Paul Ryan needs to be told in no uncertain terms that he is at the top of the list of Trump enablers, and it's just a little goddamned late to act scandalized by Trump's behavior.  TRUMP is not our ally.  And the GOP is complicit.

Ditto Mike Murphy.  Like you expected something else??  You Republicans own this.  And you're the only ones who can do anything about it.

Ditto Lindsey Graham.

It's imperative that Congress start impeachment proceedings, Lindsey, before he gives the country away.

Ditto Abby Huntsman and Fox News.

It is if you're Donald Trump and the negotiation is for Trump businesses in Russia.  Also, Russian mob issues.

And a fucking soccer ball.

Guardian summary points:

"Putin did not deny."

Trump said: “If they had it, it would have been out long ago.”

That was the last question of the press conference, which has ended.

  The Guardian
Of course it wouldn't.  Once it gets out, it can't be used for blackmail any more.
The AP’s Jonathan Lemire asks Trump to warn Putin never to intervene in a US election again in front of the cameras.

Trump speaks extensively about FBI servers and asks about Hillary Clinton’s emails.
He wouldn't even suggest that Putin shouldn't intervene. This is truly outrageous.

And you know how much Trump worships strong, powerful men.

And here's what they spent most of their time together on, I am willing to bet:

All in the same mobbed up boat as Trump, no doubt.

And what good will it do?

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

UPDATE:

Gee, I wonder which he'll choose.

UPDATE:

So what do you think Peter King will do about it?  Let me guess:  not a damned thing.  Maybe "tweet angrily and then go lie down."
