WTF?

I'm guessing the lies Mr. Petree is referring to are the ones where the US claimed Assad used sarin gas "on his own people" (see here).

But what in the name of all that's holy is Haley saying? That ANY attacks on civilians will now be officially blamed on Assad by the US government? What in holy fuck?

Streamlines the whole ball of wax. And I guess when the government is so short of State Dept and other high level employees, it conserves resources.
