Russians Weren't "Targeted"

The U.S. military purposefully avoided targeting areas of the Syrian base struck by Tomahawk missiles where Russian forces were believed to be present, a Department of Defense spokesperson said Thursday.

How many times have we seen things that "weren't targeted" get blown to shit? Perhaps it's another reason the Russians were informed prior to the bombing. So they could get out of the way.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

PLAYER: For all anyone knows, nothing is. Everything has to be taken on trust; truth is only that which is taken to be true. It's the currency of living. There may be nothing behind it, but it doesn't make any difference so long as it is honoured. One acts on assumptions.
