Oh shit. About the New England Patriots!? The horror!

What did they do?

The Patriots say a viral New York Times photo of their trip to the White House Wednesday was misleading. The photo compared New England's turnout to the White House this year to their trip in 2015.

Big lie. Very big lie. So big you wouldn't believe it.

Actually, you can see that in the picture. So, it wasn't a lie. It may have been an intentional attempt to use optics to goad the old goat.

Keep it up, New York Times. This is the way to get at him. Publicity is all he cares about. And, ironically, every time he bitches about the Times, he keeps them in the news, too.

The New York Times responded by removing the photo from their website.

Shouldn't have done that.

..but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

PLAYER: Act natural. You know why you're here at least.

GUILDENSTERN: We only know what we're told, and that's little enough. And for all we know it isn't even true.

PLAYER: For all anyone knows, nothing is. Everything has to be taken on trust; truth is only that which is taken to be true. It's the currency of living. There may be nothing behind it, but it doesn't make any difference so long as it is honoured. One acts on assumptions.
