Wisconsin Win for Bernie
Although she's still ahead of Sanders in delegates at this point, Hillary will be in a serious tail spin if she doesn't win New York on the 19th. And, to add injury to insult, she's "finished her third straight month behind Sanders in fundraising," and so has been forced by events, polls and public sentiment to agree to a debate five days before the New York primary. (Guardian)
And Cruz, with 48.2% of the vote collected 36 delegates to Trump's 6, with 35.1% of the vote.
I don't know why Kasich hasn't called it quits. But he pulled down 14.1% of the vote for a grand total of 0 delegates.
Really? He's listed as the Independent Senator from Vermont. I don't think he's made a secret out of it.
However, as Glenn Greenwald says...
And, also...
Note: Hillary may not have figured out that Bernie wasn't a Democrat, but she was smart enough to know she was wasting her time in Wisconsin and was speaking in New York ahead of their primary before Wisconsinites were even at the polls, totally bypassing Wyoming (she sent Bill), where they caucus this weekend. I'm guessing they won't think too highly of that, and it shows both fear and disdain on her part. Not a pretty picture.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
