With 96 percent of precincts reporting, The Associated Press declared Mr. Sanders the winner with 56 percent of the vote.

And, Wyoming only has 14 delegates, aside from those "Superdelegates". How can a state have only 14 delegates and get to have 4 Superdelegates?
And why, may I ask, do Sanders and Clinton split those 14 evenly when he beat her 55.7% to 44.3%?
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
