Serious accusations require investigations

The specific allegation—that an unnamed complainant told FBI agents in August 2020 that she had been trafficked at age 13, that Trump “participated regularly” in paying men to force her to have sex, and that he was present when her uncle murdered and disposed of her newborn—comes from a tip recorded in the DOJ/Epstein document release and is summarized in multiple news reports that flagged the single FBI tip.

Reporting and fact‑checks make clear this entry in the released material is an unverified allegation in a spreadsheet of tips and leads, not a finding by prosecutors; outlets note the documents contain “untrue and sensationalist claims” submitted to the FBI and the bureau’s NTOC often forwarded such tips for follow‑up rather than treating them as established facts.

[S]cholars of leaked documents warn that raw tip material can reflect rumor and coercion as much as real leads, and the presence of an allegation in such files does not equal verification or a successful criminal investigation.

  Factually
Under penalty of perjury, a witness told the FBI back in 2016 that they had “personally witnessed” President Donald Trump threaten to “disappear” a girl and have her entire family killed, according to a document released by the Justice Department on Friday.

[...]

“I personally witnessed Defendant Trump telling Plaintiff that she shouldn’t ever say anything if she didn’t want to disappear like the 12-year-old female [redacted], and that he was capable of having her whole family killed,” the FBI tip reads, signed under penalty of perjury on June 18, 2016.

The plaintiff claimed to have been employed by Epstein from 1990 to 2000.

[...]

“I was personally threatened by Mr. Epstein that I would be killed and my family killed as well if I ever disclosed any of the physical and sexual abuse of minor females that I had personally witnessed by Mr. Epstein or any of his guests,” the FBI tip reads.

“I am coming forward to swear to the truthfulness of the physical and sexual abuse that I personally witnessed of minor females at the hands of Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein, including the Plaintiff, during the time of my employment from the years of 1990-2000 for Mr. Epstein.”

  Raw Story
I don't know. You work for a guy for 10 years who threatens to kill you if you say anything? Still, these are serious accusations and should get serious investigations. They didn't. And they won't.
