Chicago stood up

When people stand up, Trump backs down. It's when they bend the knee that he steps on their necks.  And, of course, Tennessee Governor Lee bends the knee.

Yes, but memphis has a black Democratic mayor.

Maybe.  On the other hand, just standing up and pushing back usually has Trump backing off.
