He probably heard that term all his life from his father and family friends. He's so ignorant about so many things, it's quite possible he didn't know it's an antisemitic slur.
But, James Comey had to apologize and pull down a tweet recently that used the term 86-47 because MAGAites screamed that it meant to kill the president, even though Comey said he'd never heard 86 used that way. (Neither had I.)
Don't expect an apology from Trump.
