At the time, Trump tweeted that this was fake news.
UPDATE 07/02/2025:
I've been standing against the conventional wisdom of the Democratic Party pundits who say Democrats need to move toward the center - or, in other words, move right - for years. And now they have some data that shores up my claim that Democrats need to move left. It's been obvious for years that moving right is not getting them winning votes. They've been at the center for decades. Zohran Mamdani's routing of Andrew Cuomo should tell them something. Instead, some of the establishment Dems are complaining about his win, and many more are simply not saying anything in support of it. I hope it's not too late when they realize what's going on. Bernie Sanders and AOC both endorsed Mamdani. And I still think that if the Old Guard Democrats (and some younger, promising candidates who should have known better - I'm looking at you, Pete Buttigieg) hadn't banded together to push Bernie out of the 2020 primary when they saw him starting to eclipse them in the polls, he would have been the Democratic candidate, and he would have beat Trump. We would have been spared Joe Biden, and we might have picked up more Congressional seats on Bernie's coattails, and this would be a very different world. A much, much better one.
Faith and Freedom Coalition indeed. He's being wildly cheered.
Stop electing Republicans.
If Democrats can regain both houses of Congress in 2026, we have a chance, with great cost, to rebalance. If they don't, I think we'll be in a nationwide collapse with global repercussions. If things ARE reparable at that point, it will be decades.

What he's pointing out is that the Medicaid cuts are scheduled so that people don't feel them until 2029. So that, if a Democrat is in office then, the people will blame the Democrats.
Bold move.
But she did just vote to push forward the Big Beautiful Billionaires Bill.
But wait...
The Senate’s rewritten domestic policy bill faces new hurdles after the parliamentarian advised senators Sunday that several provisions violate the chamber’s strict rules for budget reconciliation bills.
The rulings, released in a memo from Democrats on the Senate Budget Committee, come as Senate Republicans are still trying to ensure they have the votes for final passage of their signature legislation.
Two provisions added to the bill just days ago — and tailored specifically to boost Medicaid payments to Alaska and Hawaii — have been ruled to violate the Senate’s Byrd rule.

UPDATE 07/02/2025:
Not a hard choice after Trump threatened to primary him because he voted no on the BBB.
And Bacon said that Biden hadn't done anything to be impeached for.
