The case for a "pro-life" leak of the SCOTUS abortion draft

Strict Scrutiny is the podcast Joseph Fishkin bets will "get it right".  I always listen to the podcast, and I don't understand half of what they're talking about, because they're geared toward lawyers and law students who understand all the lingo and precedents.  But for the things I do understand, these ladies discussing Supreme Court cases are sharp and insightful.  The podcast link is here (or wherever you get your podcasts) if you want to give them a listen.

I'll update this post after I've heard this emergency episode.

UPDATE:

The Strict Scrutiny ladies are on fire about this draft.  And their prediction is that it was leaked by someone in the conservative majority on the court.  A "shot across the bow" to the justices that they better get on and stay on board with this decision.  A "clear threat" to a "wobbly" justice.  (With "wild speculation" that it could be Ginny Thomas in order to get the spotlight off her.)

Here's the link to this episode:  What the SCOTUS leak could mean for abortion
