Soak 'em while you've got 'em

Reportedly, his own Trump plane has just been sitting in disrepair and can't be flown.

Everything about this story is hilarious and pathetic at the same time.   And yet, it leaves so much to question - mainly about that "donated" jet to get him home.  I need more on that story.

This still leaves questions:

The plane belonged to a donor who loaned it to Trump for the evening, according to people familiar with the matter. The plane’s tail number was linked to a Utah-based company that is the trustee for more than 1,400 planes. The donor’s identity could not be immediately verified.

Trump advisers worked to secure another donor’s plane, which was brought to the airport in New Orleans to meet him. Trump eventually returned to Palm Beach on the plane of Craig Estey, a GOP donor and founder of Nevada Restaurant Services.

Trump delivered a rambling 90-minute speech before donors Saturday at the Four Seasons Hotel in New Orleans, where he spoke on a range of topics. According to a recording of the speech, he jokingly suggested the U.S. “bomb the shit out of Russia” with planes bearing the Chinese flag; called one of his nemeses in Congress, Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff of California, a “watermelon head;" and called another critic, attorney George Conway, a “son of a bitch.”

Trump also said he was “looking … very, very strongly” at the possibility of waging a 2024 comeback bid for the presidency.

I don't think he will. I think he's just soaking the dupes for all the money he can get out of them for the next three years.
