Uh, Joe...FDR had jobs to give people. You don't. People HAD jobs. There's a pandemic sweeping the country like wildfire. If there are people like Romney's son who don't need the money, they undoubtedly know of someone who does or a worthy charity. Nobody's making them KEEP the money once they get it.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
