Stable genius

Let's break that down.  Cases aren't going up because we're testing more.  Cases are going up because the virus is spreading like a wildfire.

You can't argue with his logic, however, that with "smaller" (it's less, not smaller, genius) testing, we'd show fewer cases.  The problem is that we would only SHOW fewer cases, not HAVE fewer cases.
