Leaving aside the fact that Bill Taylor, as evidenced by the released texts regarding the Ukraine deal, felt uncomfortable about doing it, and threatened to quit if Trump didn't keep up his end of the quid pro quo offer to Zelensky (see the texts), I have to wonder how he feels about being chosen to replace an ambassador who was judged too honest for the job.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
