"Which would be totally illegal"?? No. It wouldn't. He's been on this kick lately of claiming things are illegal that aren't. I wonder what that's about. He's one person who probably shouldn't be bringing up the legality of things.

I wonder why he doesn't mention the Post. It's his nemesis. Maybe Fox hasn't gotten around to talking about that article yet.
I'm sure that every page is marked in that manner as a matter of course, because somewhere in the report there MAY be those types of materials.
Trying to contain the explosion of truth can sometimes be a difficult job.
