Bill Kristol, co-founder of the Project for the New American Century? We know where he is, suddenly transformed into an anti-Trump talking head, but will Bolton in the White House change his mind? Is Dick Cheney going to come out of the shadows? Rumsfeld? Where's Robert Kagan these days? Is Richard Perle still alive? Newt Gingrich is already around and visible, although I've been trying to ignore the fact.
