You didn't "order" anything, Mr. Nothing-happens-in-the-world-without-my-edict. It was already set up to happen. You're just the bunghole who happened to be in the Oval Office at the time.
And, as far as anything still being claimed to be a matter of national security, I think that's ample evidence right there that the "conspiracy theorists" are on the right track. What could hold over for 50 years as a matter of national security if not CIA need to keep its part in the assassination covered up?
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
