Congress is a "breeding ground" for sexual harrassment

As though you didn't already know that. But look at what may be the major reason they get away with it:
Under the current system, victims must attend mediation or counseling for up to three months before they can file a complaint, and members and staffers are not required to attend sexual harassment training, per Politico.

Anybody with any sexual harrassment issues to get cleared up better strike while the iron is hot, because this whole thing is looking like a snowball, and since it's rolling mainly against powerful white men, it's going to be a priority target for backlash.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
