Here's Trump's probable nominee for assistant to the Secretary of State...

Speaking to Fox News’ Eric Shawn on Sunday, former US ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton said “we have to know the facts here, and it’s not at all clear to me, just viewing this and from the outside, that this hacking into the DNC (Democratic National Committee) and the RNC (Republican National Committee) computers was not a false flag operation.”

Recalling what FBI director James Comey said regarding Hillary Clinton’s “home-brewed server,” Bolton noted that while the bureau found no direct evidence  [...]  that foreign intelligence services had breached the system, he hadn’t expected them to.

Bolton said this means that a “really sophisticated foreign intelligence service would not leave any cyber fingerprints, and yet people say they did leave fingerprints in the hacks regarding our election.”

“So the question has to be asked: Why did the Russians run their smart intelligence service against Hillary’s server, but their dumb intelligence service against the election?”

Obama did it. Of course. That would explain why he hasn't been in a hurry to investigate.

It would be a good point, however, to note that the election hacking left fingerprints while there was nothing that showed up on Hillary's servers, assuming Hillary's home servers were indeed hacked.  We're being told they weren't. Of course we'd be told that even if they were.  Especially if they were.  But Bolton's point is lost if they weren't.  So, he's just decided they were hacked and by a really sophisticated Russian team.

Actually, the false flag idea does seem like something the CIA would do. If they wanted Trump to win, but since they've been pro-Hillary, this seems an exceptionally idiotic claim. Unless Obama went rogue and really is a secret Muslim Jihadist, and he did it without CIA help.

Also, I guess Bolton didn't get the memo that the RNC computers weren't hacked.

“If you think the Russians did this, then why did they leave fingerprints?” Bolton reiterated.

And if Russia didn't do it, that leaves only Obama.
