And the CIA Never Lies

I don't know if it's true or not, but I would never ever take the word of the CIA for anything. The CIA has a very bad record for truth telling.

The CIA has concluded in a secret assessment that Russia intervened in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump win the presidency, rather than just to undermine confidence in the U.S. electoral system, according to officials briefed on the matter.

Donald Trump is about to find out who the CIA is.  The hard way.
