So when does he quit?

As long as Roy Moore has the backing he enjoys in Alabama, perhaps he'll never go away and repent.  Or even just go away.
“I think it’s safe to say that if he were to be sworn in, he would immediately be in a process before the Senate Ethics Committee,” McConnell said at the Wall Street Journal CEO Council when asked if he would try to expel Moore from the Senate. “He would be sworn in and be asked to testify under oath as well, and it would be a rather unusual beginning.”

But not necessarily an unusual situation for a Congress critter.
“I’d like to save the seat, and it’s a heck of a dilemma when you’ve got a completely unacceptable candidate bearing the label of your party within a month of the election.”
The same dilemma you faced when you nominated Trump for the presidential candidate of your party in 2016. And look what happened there.
In a speech that was met with more “amens” than applause and peppered with Bible verses rather than policy, Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore told congregants at the Walker Springs Road Baptist Church in Jackson, Alabama Tuesday night that he’s facing a “spiritual battle” in the last 28 days of his Senate bid.

[...]

[He] quickly dismissed the topic Tuesday, saying “obviously I made a few people mad” and paint[ed] the accusations as a smear campaign.

[...]

"I’m the only one who can unite Democrats and Republicans because I seem to be opposed by both. Some have spent over $30 million to try and push me out. They’ve done everything they could and now they’re together, they’re trying to keep me from going to Washington,” he said, before launching into the point of his sermon— the need for God to “save our land” through Christians like himself.

[...]

“If you take a stand, you are going to face persecution. … That’s your reward,” he said, referencing the evangelical ideology that “persecution” on earth produces rewards in the afterlife. “Why do you think they’re giving me this trouble? Why do you think I’m being harassed in the media and people pushing for an allegation in the last 28 days of the election?”

I don't know. Could it be that you're a child sexual predator?
Watch Moore’s full sermon below.
No thanks.

And, speaking of sex predators...
Allegations that former President George H.W. Bush inappropriately touched six women involve potential crimes punishable by fines or jail time, if they had been prosecuted.

  TPM
If even the worst war crimes don't get prosecuted in this country, it's damn certain presidential sex predators never will.
All but one of the cases is ineligible under state laws that limit when a prosecution can begin after an alleged crime, and several lawyers interviewed said that it would be difficult to win a conviction against Bush, who has vascular parkinsonism, a rare syndrome that mimics Parkinson’s disease.

“You’re still going to be facing prosecuting a 93-year-old man in a wheelchair that’s a former president,” said Toby Shook, a lawyer who previously served as a prosecutor in Dallas. “I doubt if you could ever find a jury that would ever want to convict him.”

While age and physical disability would factor into any determination, Settgast said, “I don’t necessarily think that just because someone’s infirm, they wouldn’t be able to be held accountable.”
Maybe not, but if that someone was a president of the United States, they wouldn't be.

I apologize if that picture gives you nightmares.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
