[R]ecent administrations have all had some Presidential Records Act violations, including the use of unofficial email and telephone accounts as well as the destruction of e-mails.

Pretty sure Trump was planning to display certain gifts in his varioius clubs. Or perhaps charge admission to see the treasures. And those "love letters" from Kim? I hope he made photocopies. The Presidential Records Act, which was put in place following the Watergate scandal, requires administrations to document and maintain records of the White House decision-making process.
