More of his speaking trouble here, where it appears he hasn't even read the statement before and defends guns:
His mouth is very dry. It's drugs, folks. Why he had to be drugged is open to speculation, but I don't think they'd schedule him for this speech right after taking a routtinely prescribed drug.
His tongue was giving him trouble saying bipartisan solutions. He's having a hard time breathing, as well as reading.
Drugs. You know it, and I know it. What drugs? And why?
His whole speech was outlined by other GOP and Fox heads over the course of the past couple of days: mental illess, video games. Bullshit. No other country has these types of mass killings, while they do have mental illness and video games.
