Funny, he hasn't tweeted about the second hearing other than this one tweet about the very beginning where Mueller made his opening statement.
That is so rich.

So you don't have to click, this is where Mueller corrected something from the first hearing where Ted Lieu said Mueller didn't charge Trump because of the OLC rule that a sitting president can't be indicted. He says the correct way to say it is, "We did not reach a determination as to whether the president commited a crime."
