What do you call someone who doesn't pay their bills?

I suspect the main reason he doesn't do a lot of rallies is because he doesn't want the photographic proof out there that Kamala's rallies are far outstripping his in numbers of attendees. *  (He recently claimed his crowd sizes are bigger than Martin Luther King's!)

Still, I understand it's true he's stiffing cities for costs.
Around the country, reports claim [Trump's] campaign rarely pays invoices to local government for the increased police presence, security and other costs that come with hosting the event. Some places in Montana are still expecting payment.

Back in 2018, Trump visited Montana four times, holding rallies in Billings, Bozeman, Great Falls and Missoula.

Officials with Missoula County confirmed and sent NBC Montana the invoice showing $12,922.82 is still owed. That breaks down to $10,835.41 for officer salaries, $1,059.26 for dispatcher salaries, $693.72 for Office of Emergency Management and $334.43 for miscellaneous expenses.

An official with the city of Billings confirmed they were never reimbursed for the cost of additional police presence totaling $45,900.

We also contacted the Federal Election Commission to see if failing to pay rally support costs is a common practice and if so, is it illegal. The organization can’t speak on specific candidates or situations but did inform us that commission regulations say they do not specifically mandate campaigns have to reimburse state or local municipalities.

WTF? Why would they? You pay your bills or pay the consequences. Apparently that doesn't apply if you're Donald Trump.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
