After 2020 election, if Trump is "reelected", impeach again (yes, they can do that), but this time, have at least 10 of the possible impeachable offenses listed in the articles, and let it play out as long as necessary. Let them howl. They are never going to credit any Democratic move anyway, and they aren't going to cooperate on a "bipartisan" level for anything if Trump holds the White House.
Also, impeach all federal judges who were seated with an "unqualified" rating by the ABA.
Also, voters: flip the Senate.
In the meantime, since Republican senator Lamar Alexander said Democrats proved their allegations and what Trump did was wrong, draw up a censure proceeding.
