The way things are going in the world these days, I'm going to suggest that you keep track of the things you order, and if you didn't order the package you receive (from whereever it comes), you don't open it, but instead take it back to your post office. (Or affix a note to it and put it back in your mailbox for pickup.)
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
