Jesus H Christ in Austin

Emergency crews have cordoned off a Goodwill in south Austin after a package reportedly exploded Tuesday evening, however, the Austin Police Department says it does not appear the incident is related to previous bombings.

The Austin Fire Department says the call came in at 7 p.m. at the Goodwill located at 9801 Brodie Ln., which is just north of Slaughter Lane.

Austin-Travis County EMS says a man in his 30s was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

It's related in that it's a bombing in Austin.
In a tweet at 8:05 p.m., APD said the items inside the package was not a bomb but rather "an incendiary device" and that it wasn't a "package explosion."
Oh, an incendiary device. It exploded, didn't it? Prety bomb-like. And the one with the trip-wire was different than the packages left for specific people.
The location of the possible explosion is approximately 3.5 miles due south on Brodie Lane from the FedEx shipping store that authorities say the serial bomber used to ship two recent packages from.
So that's a connection.
If this is connected to the serial bomber, this will be the sixth bombing since March 2.
And, if it's not related, then there's another crazed and deadly lunatic on the loose in the city.  We should HOPE it's related.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

UPDATE:
Background on the bomber.
